1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Autommat or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services and subscriptions
Autommat provides business software and related services, including CRM, ERP, HRMS and automation solutions. Features, usage limits and pricing are determined by the package selected at checkout or in an accepted commercial proposal.
3. Accounts and authorised users
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting account credentials and ensuring that authorised users comply with these terms. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Fees and payment
- Subscription charges are calculated using the selected plan, number of users and billing period.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on the invoice or checkout.
- Access may be restricted or suspended when an amount remains unpaid.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with platform security, or use Autommat in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Customer data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and necessary permissions relating to data submitted to the service. We process that data only to provide, secure and support the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Autommat and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation and underlying technology. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the active subscription period.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will endeavour to communicate material changes.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Autommat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by misuse, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends, while provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
